Hematite mining case construction details
Hematite is blasted down from the mountain, and the stone less than 1020mm is fed into the vibrating feeder by a dump truck. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the stone into the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher crushes the stone in the first stage, and the stone after being broken by the jaw crusher is about 150mm-300mm. The material is fed into the hydraulic cone crusher for the second stage of crushing through the vibrating feeder.
The broken material is graded and sieved through a circular vibrating screen, and the material greater than 40mm is returned to the cone crusher for crushing, 40mm The following materials are fed into the impact sand making machine by the belt conveyor for shaping.The finished product after shaping is graded and sieved by a circular vibrating screen, and transported by a belt conveyor to the finished product area.
