Waste Recycling Project overview
The Waste Recycling project is a comprehensive recycling and reuse project of solid waste, and it is an intelligent and environmentally friendly machine sand production line. This project uses granite to make fine aggregates of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-28mm. It is satisfied with concrete aggregates, increases the fluidity and ease of concrete, optimizes the gradation of aggregates, reduces the use of concrete gelling materials, and reduces the cost of concrete. This production line is divided into a fixed crushing production system and a sand shaping system considered in the second phase.
Project process and configuration
The material enters the stepped feeder F5X1360 through the silo. If the material after blasting is less than 150mm, when the soil content is relatively large, the soil can be sieved out through the soil removal screen S5X1860-3, and other clean materials after screening enter the adjustment silo; materials greater than 150mm enter the PE900*1200 for crushing, the broken material enters the adjustment silo, and the material in the adjustment silo enters the belt conveyor through the electromagnetic vibration feeder SP1220Z. HST250S single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the broken mixed material enters the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening, the material greater than 28mm is returned to the adjustment silo through the electromagnetic vibration feeder SP1220Z is fed by the belt conveyor into the finely crushed multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 cycle crushing, the material less than 28mm is sieved through two vibrating screens S5X2760-3, divided into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-28mm three finished products, by the belt conveyor Transfer to the finished silo.
The second phase of the project requires high-quality aggregates. All finished products below 28mm can be entered into the vertical shaft impact crusher 6X1150 for crushing and shaping, and the corresponding specifications of high-quality aggregates can be sieved through the vibrating screen S5X2760-3 vibrating screen.
