The design scale of the 1200t/d silver & manganese ore project in Myanmar and the mineral products selected are mainly silver concentrate and manganese concentrate. According to the nature of the ore of the mine, MSVI passed the mineral processing test and tailored the process flow of full wet manganese immersion and silver immersion for it.
Manganese ore Crushing and screening stage
The crushing and screening stage adopts a three-stage one-closed-circuit crushing and screening process. Jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, cone crusher is used for medium crushing and fine crushing, and the particle size of crushed mineral products is -12mm；
Manganese ore Grinding grading stage
The grinding process adopts two-stage fully closed-circuit grinding, and the grinding operations are divided into two series.The first stage of grinding adopts and constitutes closed-circuit grinding, and the second stage of grinding adopts overflow ball mill and high-efficiency cyclone group to form closed-circuit grinding, and the fineness of grinding-200 mesh accounts for 85%；

Tailings treatment stage
The ore slurry after washing in the silver immersion stage is the cyanide-containing tailings. It is pumped into the double impeller leaching mixing tank and the filter cake of the belt filter press is added to the bleaching powder to neutralize, and after neutralization, it is pumped into the tailings reservoir by the pump.
