Process and configuration of pebble sand making project
Since the raw material of this project is river pebbles ≤200mm and the content of raw sand is high, the production process adopts first screening, and the raw sand is sieved through 3 sets of S5X2760-3 vibrating screens to directly produce the finished product. Materials >5mm or more are broken by 3 sets of HPT300 cone crushers and then sieved by S5X2460-3 vibrating screens, ≤40mm enters 3 sets of VSI6X1263 sand making machines for sand making and then sieved by 3 sets of S5X3075-3T vibrating screens, >Materials above 40mm are returned to the sand making machine for buffer circulation and crushing.
