The project is located in sri lanka, the customer uses crushing equipment to produce concrete. The customer purchased a complete production line.
The granite sand making process is divided into four stages:
- coarse crushing
- medium fine crushing,
- sand making
- screening.
The granite stone blasted from the mountain is fed uniformly by the vibrating feeder. Through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
The production line includes:
- J40 Mobile jaw crusher, Feed size1070mm×760mm
- C38 Mobile cone crusher, 30mm finished material, with capacity of 180-250t/h
- Mobile screener, 3-layer screen box, with screening area of 6.1m × 1.5m
- There are used for sand and gravel production.
