How to screening treatment for Gobi material in Mongolia
The loader pours the Gobi material into the receiving hopper of the mobile screening machine, and the hopper is equipped with a 75mm space grid screen, which effectively screens out the large material above 75mm in the raw material in advance, the sieve box for grading treatment. The aperture is set to 20mm, 10mm, 5mm.
High-density and high-pressure flushing steel pipes are arranged above the screen on the top layer of the screen box. Water spray tanks are set on the surface of the steel pipes at a certain distance. During the screening process, high-pressure water sources are introduced to directly wash the materials.
The high-pressure water flows from top to bottom and passes through the three layers. The screen mesh can effectively improve the utilization rate of water while achieving a good washing effect. Among them, the washed 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-75mm materials are directly discharged and stacked through the conveyor. Since all the soil is washed into the underscreen undersize during the washing process, the 0-5mm material needs additional desilting treatment.
