On-site situation
The 700-900mm raw material enters the J45 crawler mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then the coarse crushing material enters the I44R crawler mobile impact crushing station for two-stage crushing. After the second stage is crushed, the material greater than 31.5mm is sent back to the counter-breaking belt through the circulating screen to continue to be broken, and the mixture below 31.5mm is transported to the S130 crawler screening mobile station. Customer evaluation
The biggest challenge we face is the cold temperature. We are very worried that the low temperature will affect the normal operation of the equipment, which in turn will affect efficiency and production.Fortunately, the MC crawler mobile station can operate normally even in extremely cold weather of minus 25 degrees, and it has achieved the output we requested brilliantly.
