The project in South Africa is to process the diamond waste through mobile crusher and apply the finished products to road and housing construction. The engineer configured the Y3S23G93E46Y55B mobile crusher for the customer. GZD vibrating feeder sends diamond waste less than 720mm into PE400 × 600 jaw crusher and PYB900 cone crusher are used for coarse crushing and fine crushing, and YZS round vibrating screen is used to screen out the finished construction materials required by customers.

The reserves and output of diamonds in South Africa are among the top in the world. The large-scale development and utilization of diamonds have generated a large amount of diamond waste. The recycling of diamond waste can turn waste into treasure.
Customer evaluation
Since the mobile crusher was put into production in June 2013, the overall effect is stable and the failure rate is low. The finished products are very consistent with our customers’ requirements for high-quality sand and gravel materials for road and housing construction, and have successfully linked mineral development with infrastructure construction. Liming is just the responsible product producer we need.
